Giga.tel provides digital eSIM products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because eSIMs are digital, activation-based products, refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been used or activated.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM has not been activated, scanned, or added to any device
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • You provide the order number and email used during checkout

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM has been activated, scanned, installed, or partially used
  • Data usage has begun
  • The device is not eSIM-compatible
  • You purchased a plan for a country or device that does not support eSIMs

Technical Issues

If you experience activation problems, Giga.tel will:

  1. Verify the eSIM status with the mobile operator
  2. Reset, reissue, or replace the eSIM if needed
  3. Provide 24/7 technical support

Restricted Payment Methods

PayPal may not be available for certain destinations due to regional or internal PayPal restrictions.
